Transics handed its 25.000th on-board computer over to the Belgian, Saintes-based Van Mieghem Logistics company, on the occasion of Trailer 2005. The new sales milestone not only confirms Transics' position as a market leader but also sets the stage for further expansion into the European market.

Transics has extended its Quattro Plus on-board computer with a smart navigation system. With the integrated navigation system, the driver can guide his/her vehicle to any destination in Europe without the risk of confusion or errors. As such, many unnecessary kilometres are avoided, thus reducing costs accordingly. The built-in navigation system increases the efficiency of the on-board computer and greatly contributes to the driver's safety.

Transics looks back at a particularly successful first year-half. Due to the upturn over the past six months, the company is raising its turnover forecast and doubling its profit forecast for 2005. The operating profit that brought about that growth is attributable to a winning combination of market maturity, innovation and experience.
