Transics prepares listing on Eurolist by Euronext Brussels

Transics, winner of the Flemish Government Prize for the 'Most Promising Company of 2006’ confirms preparations for an IPO on Eurolist by Euronext Brussels

Transics, one of the largest European players in the field of on-board computers and fleet management solutions for the transport and logistics sector, has realized a top year in 2006. The company tripled its turnover over the past 5 years. In order to continue this growth pattern, Transics intends to strengthen its capital through an IPO.

Fortis and ING have been appointed as Joint Lead Managers. It is expected that the IPO and listing could be completed in the next few months. Further details of the proposed offering will be announced at a later date.
