Brit European Transport now follows its vehicles on a screen via GPRS online instead of making phone calls to the drivers the whole time. This gives a much more accurate state of affairs of the vehicle fleet and limits BET's reaction time. Drivers are followed a lot better, there is a check on the driving and resting times and there is always a 'helicopter view', as a result of which BET can locate the vehicles immediately and so increase its productivity.
