Exercise of warrants increases capital of Transics International NV

Pursuant to the provisions of Title II of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the Royal Decree of 14 February 2008, Transics International NV announces today that it has issued 14,919 new shares on 6 June 2013 and has increased its capital with EUR 14,919, as a result of the exercise of warrants. These newly issued shares are entitled to dividend as of the financial year 2013.

As a result of this operation, the number of shares of Transics International NV with voting rights now amounts to 8,100,729. The aggregate number of voting rights (denominator) is 8,100,729. The share capital amounts to EUR 8,100,729.

On 18 June 2013, there are still 69,357 outstanding warrants under Warrant Plan 2009. The aggregate number of voting rights that can be obtained upon the exercise of these warrants is 69,357.
